These terms apply to OONA ManiDeck (OONA), operated by Mingzhu Fang. Using OONA means accepting these terms; signing in also requires agreeing to them in the app. Contact belina.xu@gmail.com for support.
The service
OONA is a digital nail-design tool. You can browse colors and create designs without an account; those designs stay on your device. Signing in connects your private account to your profile, drafts and saved designs so you can retrieve saved versions on another device. On iOS you sign in with Apple; on Android you sign in with Google.
Digital colors, shapes and finishes are simulations. Physical products, displays, application methods and lighting may produce different results. OONA does not provide professional health advice or guarantee a physical nail result.
Your account and content
Use an Apple or Google account you are entitled to use and keep it secure. Accounts are identified by the sign-in provider and its identifier, not by matching email addresses. An Apple account and a Google account are separate OONA accounts, even if both use the same email, and they are not merged. Different accounts have separate works. Local unsaved work, including work created without signing in, is not automatically transferred into an account or between accounts.
You retain rights you hold in your original creations. You give us the limited permission needed to store, retrieve, render and deliver your works while providing the service. This permission does not authorize us to sell your works or publish them to a community.
Use only content you are entitled to use, including photos you turn into stickers or place in designs. App software, branding and supplied materials have their own rights holders. Using the app does not transfer ownership of them or authorize resale of its material library.
Saving and availability
A cloud save is complete only when the server accepts it. Failed or offline saves, and saves made without signing in, are not cloud backups. Unsaved recovery data is limited to the current device. If devices edit the same version, OONA prevents a stale save from silently replacing a newer one; you may keep a separate copy.
Availability depends on your device, network, Apple, Google and hosting infrastructure. Maintenance or updates may be needed. Keep independent exports of important works. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular physical or creative result.
Acceptable use
Do not break applicable laws, infringe others' rights, access another account, interfere with the service, bypass security or deliberately overload it. Abusive access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used. Signing out keeps your cloud works. You can permanently delete your account in Me → Settings → Delete account. Review the confirmation first. Deletion removes the active account and saved works and, for Apple accounts, disconnects Apple sign-in. It does not delete exports shared outside OONA. Updates and responsibility
We may update these terms as the service changes and provide notice of material changes. Mandatory consumer rights and legal protections that apply to you continue to apply.
